Annabella Avery Thorne (born October 8th 1997) is an American actress, singer and writer. Her roles as Margaux Darling and Ruthy Spivey in Dirty Sex Cash (2007-2008), respectively the first time she was recognized. The latter role earned her an Young Artist Award. She also received an Imagen Award for her role in Shake It Up (2010-2013). Thorne has appeared in many feature films since then, including Blended (2014) and Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Road Chip (2015). She was also a part of The Babysitter film series (2017-202020). Her performances in the films The DUFF (2015) and Amityville: The Awakening (2017) were highly acclaimed. Thorne was also the main character of the drama series Famous in Love (2017-2018), which received nominations at the Teen Choice Awards.
