Sun Feifei, also known as Fei Fei Sun in Chinese was born on 20 March 1989. Models.com has rated Fei Fei as one of the most popular new supermodels. Ashley Brokaw, top casting director, praised Fei Féi for being "an extraordinary beauty" and was deemed an elite model by journalists and fashion editors. Estee Lauder's spokesmodel, Fei, began her modeling career in the year she was a part of China in Elite Model Look 2008, one of the most influential contests for modeling around the globe. She was the winner of the China championship and was awarded the world's third prize. In February of 2010, she made her international runway debut during London Fashion Week, where she walked alongside Christopher Kane. She was selected by Karl Lagerfeld in December 2009 to model for Chanel's Paris Fashion Week. Meisel then asked her to write editorials for other magazines, including Vogue US, Vogue W and many others. In 2014 Sun was the first East Asian model to be included on the cover of American Vogue's September issue. The magazine also featured her as the Vogue China cover model, Vogue Japan, and i-D model.
