 Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. (born on 20th October 1971) is known as Snoop Dogg (previously Snoop Doggy Dogg and then Snoop Lion),is an American rapper from America. His fame dates back to 1992 when he featured on Dr. Dre’s first solo track, "Deep Cover", followed by his debut solo album The Chronic. Broadus has sold over 23 million albums in the United States and more than 35 million globally. Broadus has been awarded an American Music Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. He was also nominated for 17 Grammys. Broadus his debut solo album, Doggystyle (produced by Dr. Dre) was released by Death Row Records on November 23 on the 23rd of November, 1993.
