Her film debut was in Camp (2003). The actress gained notoriety because of her performance as the star of the Twilight Saga (2008)-2012. The film also received recognition for her performance in the comedy-drama Up in the Air (2009) which won her a nomination for the Academy Award. She was also nominated for the Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress. Kendrick also starred in the Pitch Perfect series (2012-17).
