Christina Meursinge Hall, also called El Moussa or Anstead, was born on July 9, 1983. She is an American TV personality and investor in real estate. Her former husband Tarek El Moussa was her co-star in Flip or Flop on HGTV. She is currently the host of her own HGTV channel Christina on the Coast. Hall also owned Tarek as well as Christina: El Moussa Group which was a real estate agency located in Orange County. Their real estate business was impacted by the decline in the cost of housing following the stock market crash. The El Moussas moved from a monthly rent of $6,000 to a $700-per-month home within a couple of years. In the year 2010, Pete De Best, their business partner, bought their first investment property in Santa Ana for $115,000 and they sold the property for $34,000. In the year 2018, the El Moussa Group was disbanded. The group continued to flip houses and expanded their real estate investment business to Arizona, Nevada, and other states. Tarek and Associates, a solo venture founded by Tarek El Moussa, is now is the sole owner of the company.
