 Irina Vaeryevna Shaylislamova (Russian name: Irina Valerievna Sharikhlislamova; 6 January, 1986) is also popularly referred to as Irina Shyk (/SeIk/), was a Russian model and TV personality. She gained fame when she became the first Russian model to grace the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2011. Models.com considers her one of the New Supers. She was born in Yemanzhelinsk, Soviet Union to an Volga Tatar father, Valery Shaykhlislamov.
