Lily Collins

 Lily Jane Collins (born 18 March 1989) is a British and American actress and model. Collins was born in Guildford, Surrey, and was raised in Los Angeles. She began acting on the screen at the age of two in Growing Pains, a BBC sitcom. Collins began her career in the second half of the 2000s, when she started acting and modeling more often. She was featured in The Blind Side, a drama-sports film that was the third most-watched film in the year 2009. The actress then appeared in the lead roles of feature films , including the sci-fi action-horror Priest (2011) and the psychological action-thriller Abduction (2011), the fantasy Mirror Mirror (2012), the urban fantasy The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013), and the romantic comedies that were independent: Stuck in Love (2012), The English Teacher (2013), and Love, Rosie (2014).Collins was highly praised for her performance in the role of Marla Mabrey in the comedic Rules Don't Apply (2016), which was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, and for her portrayal of a young adult with anorexia in the controversial Netflix drama To the Bone (2017). Her work in biographical films has been recognized.
