He established Mossimo in the year 1986. It is which is a mid-priced clothing brand. Giannulli was detained and charged on March 19, 2019 in connection with the corruption of college admissions. Giannulli as well as his wife actress Lori Loughlin admitted guilt to the allegations. The couple were sentenced in August of 2020 to prison time and a fine of $500. Giannulli was given a five-month sentence in prison , beginning in November 2020 until April 2021. His wife was given two months in the month of August, 2020.
