Rosa Arianna "Rose") McGowan was born on the 5th of September in 1973. She is an American actress. McGowan made her film debut in 1992 with Encino Man (1992). She was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award nomination in 1995 for her performance as the dark comedy The Doom Generation (1995). McGowan made her debut in film in the horror movie Scream (1996). The actress was later featured in the movies Going All the Way (1997), Devil in the Flesh (191998) and Jawbreaker (1999). In 1995, McGowan received an Independent Spirit Award nomination for her Best Debut Performance. She was later cast in Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino's double-feature film Grindhouse (2007) in which she received nominations for the Saturn Award for Best Actress and the Scream Award for Best Scream Queen. In 2014, she starred in Chosen, an action-thriller series. She released Planet 9, her first studio album in the year 2018 and a repackaging was done in 2020.
