 Tuesday Weld, born Susan Ker Weld on August 27, 1943 She is an American actress. She began acting as a child and began to take on roles of a mature age in the late 1950s. She won the Golden Globe Award for Most promising Female Newcomer in the year 1960. Over the following decade, she established a career playing dramatic roles in films.Weld often played impulsive and reckless women who were acting out sexually. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for Play It as It Lays (1972) and the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for Looking for Mr. Goodbar (1977), an Emmy Award for The Winter of Our Discontent (1983), and the BAFTA award for Once Upon a Time in America (1984). Weld hasn't been seen in the acting world since the 1980s. Her mother, who was facing financial trouble following her husband's passing, put Weld to work as an actress to help support her family. Life in 1971, the actress claimed her father came from Tuxedo Park and offered to bring my children to Tuxedo Park and pay for our education.
