Bridget Catherine Regan was born on February 3rd, 1982. She is an American actress who is best recognized for her roles as Kahlan Amnell in the TNT television show Legend of the Seeker and Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner (White Collar), Rose Solano (Jane the Virgin) and Dottie underwood in Agent Carter. From 2016 until the year 2018, she played Sasha Cooper in TNT's drama series The Last Ship. In 2013, she played an integral part of the fifth season of USA Network's the crime-drama White Collar, as Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner. She briefly played the lover of Neal Caffrey. She also appeared on Beauty & the Beast in the same year, playing Alex (Jay Ryan) in an arc of multiple episodes. Her presence in the show created a love relationship that included Vincent (Kristin Kreuk) and led to "rabid hate" towards Alex and discontent for Regan from people on Twitter who would prefer Vincent to be with Catherine. Regan declared that "I cannot even browse Twitter for a second!" ... "I know why people don't like Alex. However I don't want to look further."
