Lynda Carter

 Lynda Jean Cordova Carter was born on July 24 1951. She is an American actor and singer. The show is based on the DC comics superhero named after her, Carter was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She is the daughter of Juanita Cordova and Colby Carter. Her father is of English and has Scots Irish heritage and her mother, who is from Mexico, is Mexican, Spanish and French. A brother named Vincent, and Pamela are her siblings. Carter was five years old when she made her TV debut on the Lew Kings Talent Show. Carter was part of Just Us in high school. The group played conga drum and marimba. They also played an acoustic guitar as well as an upright bass which was played by a different band member. Lynda began singing in the local pizza restaurant at the age of 15. She joined her family members, The Relatives, when she was just 16 years old.
