Ronda Rousey

 Ronda Jean Rousey (/'raUzi/;[12born on January 1 1987) is an American professional wrestler, actress, former judoka, and mixed martial artist. Rousey is currently signed with WWE. In her second stint, she is the SmackDown Women's champion. Her participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championship is what is what makes her the most well-known. Her long-running nickname, "Rowdy", was taken from professional wrestler Roddy Piper.The first American female to win an Olympic medal in judo by winning bronze in the 2008 Summer Olympics, Rousey began her mixed martial arts (MMA) career with King of the Cage in the year 2011. She later was a part of Strikeforce and was their final Women's Bantamweight Champion until its acquisition by UFC. Rousey was a part of UFC 157's first female bout and was the first Women's Bantamweight Champion. She also held the record for the most UFC title defenses by a woman until she was beaten by Valentina Shevchenko, in 2022. Rousey, who retired from MMA in the year 2016 she was the first female fighter to be inducted into UFC Hall of Fame 2018.
