Zoe McLellan

 Zoe McLellan, born November 6, 1974 was an American actress who is best recognized for her roles in JAG and Dirty Sexy Money. She was also a part of NCIS: New Orleans, Designated Survivor, and JAG. A warrant for arrest was issued for Zoe McLellan in May 2021 , on allegations of child theft kidnapping, kidnapping and custody loss. Her son, Sebastian, were married in 2012. McLellan applied for custody of Sebastian following Gillain and McLellan split in the year 2014. Following a custody dispute, Gillain went to court to ask McLellan's custody over their son. Gillain had left Los Angeles to New Orleans to take McLellan's son. They came to an agreement prior to the judge was able to make an announcement. In 2016 the divorce was finally finalized. McLellan began a fund-raising campaign on FundRazr where she accused Gillain of sexual misconduct toward her son. Gillain was initially accused of first-degree rape and aggravated crime of nature, and other charges in January of 2020 against their son. But the evidence was not enough to disqualify the charges in May 2020.
